Can I have WineStein customized to my specific wishes?

Yes, WineStein can be customized to your corporate identity, and funcionality adapted or expanded, if desired. 

Can I influence WineStein's scores?

No, you cannot. WineStein is objective, meaning you cannot change its scores. You can however determine for your self which results to display, and thus take account of promotions and such.

What else has WineStein in for me?

 WineStein will also advise dishes with wine, and every wine advice includes drinking temperature and glass type best to use.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your premium-subscription can be cancelled only through the store that signed you up, so Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

My Premium account is no longer being recognized. What do I do?

Your best way is to simply delete the App, subsequently reinstall it and subscribe anew for Premium. The store will then identify that you already did subscribe and will not credit you a second time for your subscription. 

Will my data be saved when I reinstall the App?

Yes, part of WineStein Premium. is all your data, including your personal cellar and dishes, being stored at a central location.

How do I manage my menu and wine list?

You will be given a MyWineStein-account, that we will fill out for you completely the first time. Afterwards, you can easily do this yourself. You can also elect to have us do it for you, simply by mailing us your menu and wine list; even more easy.

Can WineStein get me wine descriptions?

Wine descriptions are your personal touch to your wine list. Therefore, we believe you best make them yourself, or use descriptions provided by your supplier(s).

How do I obtain bottle images?

As a rule, your suppliers have bottle images available.

What do I require to have WineStein installed in my restaurant?

WineStein Restaurant’s optimal functioning requires permanent WiFi-connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We believe in our product. Therefore, subscriptions can be cancelled per month, simply by e-mail.
