Self learning software
WineStein doesn't use statistical tables, but contains artificial intelligence (AI) that matches gastronomic properties of a dish (the “meal-DNA”) to gastronomic properties of a wine (the “wine-DNA”). Furthermore, WineStein is self-learning, enabling it to provide a fully dynamic, matching and varied wine pairing with every imaginable dish.
The self learning algorithms and matching software were developed by Smart Research, specialists in applications of neural networks and self learning techniques.
