Frequently asked questions

Yes. New menu? E-mail a photo and we update it. If a dish is not on it yet, the guest looks it up; the advice always comes from your wine list.

You receive one PDF by e-mail: a table card (A6) and a sheet of 12 stickers for your existing menus. Print from your phone, or forward the e-mail to your printer.

Our team matches unrecognised wines by hand, usually within a day. Nothing for you to do.

Yes, cancel monthly in your account. If you stop, the page behind the QR code pauses; start again later and the same code works again.

Dutch, English, German and French; the page follows the language of the guest’s phone.
